HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.224 of 2013 ORDER:

This revision petition is filed by the petitioners under Article 227 of the Constitution of India questioning the orders dated 08.10.2012 in I.A.No.79 of 2012 in O.S.No.1558 of 2008 on the file of the Court of Additional Junior Civil Judge-cum-XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad.

As per office note, the suit O.S.No.1558 of 2008 was dismissed without costs on 14.11.2014. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that he is not aware of the closure of the proceedings. In view of the office note, no further orders are necessary in this revision petition.
