THE HONOURABLE Dr.JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.1122 of 2017 ORDER :

Aggrieved by the docket order dated 10.04.2017 in C.C.No.791 of 2012 passed by the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Miryalaguda, the petitioner/ A3 filed this revision. Heard before admission and notice to the 2nd respondent. Perused the impugned docket order and also the grounds of revision.

There is nothing to interfere with the impugned order, but for, giving liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the learned Magistrate concerned under Section 44 Cr.P.C. and execute bond with or without sureties as contemplated by Sections 88/ 89 Cr.P.C. for release of her on the same day. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
