Learned counsel for the appellant - insurance company addressed letter dated 06.03.2019 to the registry informing that the appellant intends to withdraw the appeal. In that connection, he has already issued letter dated 01.03.2019 requesting the registry to post the appeal before the Court under the caption "for withdrawal" enabling the appellant to withdraw the appeal. Since the said letter was not acted upon, the present letter has been submitted once again.

In view of the letter dated 06.03.2019 submitted by the learned counsel for the appellant, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
