This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, 'Cr.P.C'), is filed by the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 7 seeking to quash the proceedings against them in Crime No.882 of 2017 of Miyapur Police Station, Ranga Reddy District.

On written instructions, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the police after completion of investigation in the aforesaid crime, referred the same as "civil in nature" on 30.11.2018 and filed final report before the Court concerned. 3.

In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
