Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development, and Sri Ancha Panduranga Rao, Standing Counsel for Municipal Corporation. The grievance of the petitioner appears to be that the respondents are trying to demolish the Dargah Hazarath Kala Mastan Shavali, Nagarampalem, Guntur, without issuing any notice to the petitioner.

Learned Standing Counsel for the Municipal Corporation submits that no action will be initiated without following due process of law.

In view of the representation made by the learned Standing Counsel for the Municipal Corporation and having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case the respondents are directed not to take any coercive steps with regard to demolition of Dargah Hazarath Kala Mastan Shavali, Nagarampalem, Guntur, without following due process of law.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
