This Criminal Appeal, under Section 378(4) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the appellant/complainant, challenging the order, dated 18.04.2007, passed in Crl.A.No.88 of 2005 by the learned II Additional Sessions Judge, Nalgonda at Suryapet.
