This Revision is filed assailing the inaction of the Special Assistant Agent, Mobile Court, Bhadrachalam, Bhadradri Kothagudem District to decide I.A.No.371 of 2018 in O.S.No.375 of 2018 on his file, though the said I.A., has been filed on 02.11.2018.

Counsel for petitioner contends that petitioner had sought the relief of temporary injunction against the respondents invoking Rule 42 of the Agency Rules and the failure of the Special Assistant Agent to decide the said I.A., is causing grave prejudice to him, since the respondents are allegedly interfering with the possession and enjoyment of the petitioner over the subject property.

In view of the same, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of directing the Special Assistant Agent, Mobile Court, Bhadrachalam, Bhadradri Kothagudem District to decide I.A.No.371 of 2018 in O.S.No.375 of 2018 on his file within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
