During hearing of these matters, it was noticed that the A.P.State Wakf Board was not impleaded and directions were given to implead the A.P.State Wakf Board and the matters were accordingly adjourned. However, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these writ petitions with a liberty to file fresh writ petitions, duly impleading the A.P.State Wakf Board.

Giving the aforesaid liberty, the writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
