This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the orders dated 12.06.2017 in Crl.M.P.No.712 of 2017 in C.C.No.149 of 2016 on the file of the Court of the VIII Special Magistrate, L.B. Nagar at Hasthinapur, Ranga Reddy District. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
