THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO And THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD WRIT PETITION No.753 of 2020 ORDER : (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice M.S. Ramachandra Rao) In this Writ Petition, the petitioner has challenged the sale notice dt.26-11-2019 issued by the respondent proposing to hold auction on 31-12-2019 under the provisions of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002.

It is stated by Sri N.Mehar Prasad, learned counsel for respondent that the said auction on 31-12-2019 did not took place due to lack of bidders.

In this view of the matter, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous granting liberty to the petitioner to assail any further sale notice proposing to sell the property by way of separate Writ Petition. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
