The W.P.No.1637 of 2026 was disposed of on 06.02.2026 by oral orders. On bench, while dictating detailed order, it was observed that the son of the petitioner had filed an implead petition in I.A.No.2 of 2026 on 05.02.2026 and the same was numbered as I.A.No.2 of 2026.
In view of the same, without hearing the implead petitioner, this matter cannot be disposed of. Therefore, the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.1637 of 2026 dated 06.02.2026 is recalled and the writ petition is restored on its file.
