HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.4794 OF 2017 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that he submitted application to respondents 2 and 3 for issuance of the pattadar pass books and title deeds in his favour in respect of the land to an extent of Ac.2.36 guntas in Survey No.26/A of Kaluvapalli Village, Rajapet Mandal, Nalgonda District. But as no action is being taken, petitioner submitted representations dated 29.07.2015, 30.07.2015, 14.12.2015 and 01.02.2016 to the respondents 1 to 3. As the respondents 2 and 3 did not take any action on the said representations the petitioner filed the present writ petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents 2 and 3 are not considering the representations of the petitioner and that the respondents 4 to 8 are trying to get the pattadar pass books and title deeds in their favour in respect of the subject property.

On the other hand, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that petitioner has to make necessary application in Form 6 A.

In view of the above, since the learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner will make necessary application in Form 6A, this writ petition is disposed of

granting liberty to the petitioner to file necessary application. On such application being made by the petitioner, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the same, in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the affected parties, if any. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed. _____________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 13.02.2017 t k.
