UMA DEVI A.S.NO. 170 OF 2014 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) This appeal was filed by the defendants in O.S.No.112 of 2006 on the file of the learned III-Addl. District and Sessions Judge (Fast Track Court) at Medak aggrieved by the judgment and decree dated 4.2.2014 passed therein. The said suit was filed for declaration of title and for a permanent injunction restraining the defendants from alienating the suit schedule property or meddling with it in any way. While so, Sri Goli Viplav Reddy, learned counsel for the appellants, addressed a letter dated 8.11.2017 to the Registry stating that he was instructed by his clients to withdraw the appeal as the matter was compromised and settled out of Court. The appellants/defendants and the sole respondent/plaintiff are present in person before the Court and produced their Aadhar cards in proof of their identity. The appellants/defendants indicated their consent to withdraw the appeal when asked by the Court.

In that view of the matter, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. The interim order dated 17.6.2014 shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs. ___________________ SANJAY KUMAR, J Dt. 9.11.2017 KR _____________ J. UMA DEVI, J
