This Writ Petition is filed seeking the following relief: "to issue a Writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in interfering with the possession of the petitioners in respect of the patta land situated at Sy.No 347/Part of Gonupalli Village Rapur Mandal, SPSR Nellore District by fixing a Notice Board and directing the petitioners not to enter into the lands is arbitrary irregular illegal and against the principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents to remove the board and not to interfere with petitioners peaceful possession and enjoyment over the patta land."

In view of passage of time, nothing survives in this Writ Petition for further adjudication and accordingly, the Writ Petition has become infructuous.
