On 10.02.2016, this Court appointed Sri B.Yadaiah and Sri P.V.Narasayya, learned Advocates to convene the meeting of equity shareholders and unsecured creditors of the company. The learned Advocates have filed reports dated 29.03.2016 and the reports are taken on file. The reports are to the effect that the shareholders and unsecured creditors have no objection for the proposed scheme of arrangement between M/s Transport Corporation of India Limited and M/s TCI Express Limited and their respective shareholders and creditors.
