THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 384 of 2020 ORDER:

In this Writ Petition, petitioner challenges proceedings dated 14.10.2019 issued by the second respondent - Commissioner for Cooperation & Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Telangana, Hyderabad, appointing Smt. B. Aruna, Joint Registrar/Managing Director, Telangana State Coop. Union, as the Official Person-in-Charge Committee to manage the affairs of the Hyderabad District Government Employees Cooperative House Building Society Limited.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she would be satisfied, if the respondents are directed to consider the representations stated to have been submitted by the petitioner. However, she draws the attention of this Court to the common order dated 27.09.2019 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.18629 of 2019 and batch and the judgment dated 25.11.2019 and the order dated 11.12.2019 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in Writ Appeal No.864 of 2019 and C.C.No.1708 of 2019 respectively and submits that the authorities may be directed to strictly follow the said orders.

It is to be noted that earlier proceedings arose at the instance of one G. Prabhakar, S/o Laxminarayana, and others.

CKR, J W.P.No.384 of 2020 This Court while disposing of Writ Petition No.18629 of 2019 and batch, vide common order dated 27.09.2019, directed the Commissioner for Cooperation to take steps for conducting elections to the Housing Society either by himself or by appointing Official Person-In-Charge other than the Joint Registrar/District Cooperative Officer, within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. It is not the case of the petitioner that there is any violation of the said order of this Court, particularly, in appointing the Person-In-Charge other than the Joint Registrar/District Cooperative Officer, who issued proceedings dated 18.06.2019 and 29.08.2019.

In those circumstances, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent authorities to strictly adhere to the orders issued by this Court from time to time. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. _________________________ CHALLA KODANDA RAM, J 7th JANUARY, 2020.
