THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No. 1172 OF 2020 O R D E R :

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner who submits that the lis in the writ petition is squarely covered by order dt.28.11.2019 passed by this Court in WP.No.26244 of 2019.

The same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Transport.

It is not known as to why the respondents are not implementing the orders passed by this Court in similar situation. Because of the same, the parties are made to approach this Court for the self same issue, again and again.

In view of the order dt.28.11.2019 passed in WP.No.26244 of 2019 and for the reasons alike this writ petition is also allowed in terms of the said. Further, the respondents 2 and 3 are directed to take steps to implement the orders passed by this Court as well as Circulars issued by the Department, to avoid unnecessary litigation. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any pending in the Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
