This appeal is filed under Order XLIII Rule 1 C.P.C. assailing the order dated 25.07.2017 passed in I.A.No.1019 of 2016 in O.S.No.114 of 2016 on the file of the Court of the I Additional District Judge at Khammam.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the appellants seeks permission of this Court to permit the appellants to withdraw the appeal.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Appeal shall stand closed.
