This Petition has been filed for quashing the proceedings in F.I.R.No. 427 of 2012 on the file of Medchal Police Station, Cyberabad. It is brought to my notice that the parties have amicably settled the dispute amongst themselves outside the Court on 06.08.2013. In that view of the matter, no further orders are needed to be passed in this case.
