THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No.461 of 2018 Order:

This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the second respondent in not granting permission to the petitioner for conducting a public meeting in the name of "Chakali SC Sadhana Samithi" on 07.01.2018 at Saroor Nagar Stadium.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication and the matter has become infructuous. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
