Petition under Article 226 o'f the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of fMandamus, declaring the action of the Respondents in trying to dispossess the petitioner from the agriculture property to an extent of Ac.4.00 in Sy.No.23l4 situated at Gouraram Village, Bomraspet Mandal, Vikarabad District without following due process of law either to acquire the land or paying compensation as illegal, arbitrary, violation of principles of natural justice and contrary to Article 14 and 300-4 of lndian Constitution and consequently direct the respondents not to interfere with the petitioner's property without following due process of law.
