This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed against award, dated 06-09-2008, in WC.No.62 of 2008, on the file of the Commissioner for Workmen's Compensation and Assistant Commissioner of Labour-IV, Hyderabad.

The Registry has posted this case following the settlement of the dispute between the parties through award, dated 13.11.2014, of the Lok Adalat

held at Hyderabad. The award is placed in the file. In view of passing of the award as aforesaid, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is disposed of in terms of the said award.

As a sequel to disposal of the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, interim order, dated 04-122008, is vacated and CMAMP.No.2721 of 2008 is disposed of as infructuous.
