Crl.Petition No.116 of 2020 THE HONOURA LE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short "Cr.P.C') by the petitioners to quash the order dated 13.09.2019 in S.C.No.127 of 2019 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Karimnagar.

2. None appears on behalf of the petitioners. Perused the record.

3. The present petition is filed questioning the docket order summoning these petitioners to face trial and in view of evidence of LW1/PW1, procedure under Section 319 of Cr.P.C. is invoked.

There is no appearance on behalf of the petitioners On perusal of proceeding sheet, no interim orders were granted by this Court earlier, Fufther, no details are provided regarding the present stage of the case in the trial Court.
