OFFICE NOTE 16.09.2025 JSR,J I.A.Nos.1 and 3 of 2021 When these applications are taken up for consideration, learned counsel for petitioner submitted that during the pendency of these applications, the Investigating Officer, after conducting the investigation, filed the final report before the learned Judicial First Class Magistrate, Suryapet and the said Court took cognizance and the same was numbered as C.C.No.1906 of 2021. In view of the above said submission, the cause in these applications does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, these applications are closed.

However, liberty is given to the petitioner to avail the remedies as available under law.
