HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.479 of 2020 ORDER:

The petitioner claims to be owner and in possession of the 3 different extents of the land in Byathole Village, Kandi Manal, having purchased through registered sale deed in the year 1998. The petitioner claims that he has applied for conducting of survey of his land in February 2019, but so far survey exercise is not undertaken. The application was filed by the petitioner through F-line mode and receipt issued by TSTS limited. A copy of the application in F-line mode for conducting survey is filed as Ex.P1. In view thereof, without expressing any opinion on merits, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to consider the application of the petitioner for conducting of survey and take appropriate decision as warranted by law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
