Heard Sri R.Raj Kumar for petitioner and Sri R.Vinod Reddy for respondents.

The petitioner challenges provisional assessment Lr.No.ADE/ OP/ CHANCHALGUDA/ D-XXII/ D.No.1333, dated 19.9.2014 as illegal and amounts to non-consideration of the explanation already submitted alongwith payment of Rs.36,820/ -. Admittedly, the petitioner challenges provisional assessment notice. The issue is substantially pending before respondents 2 and

3. It appears the present writ petition is filed apprehending disconnection of power supply pending consideration and passing of final orders by respondents 2 and 3.

This Court is satisfied that the writ petition can be disposed of by this order.

(a) The petitioner is directed to deposit a further sum of Rs.25,000/ - (Rupees twenty five thousand only) within three weeks from today. (b) Respondents 2 and 3 are directed to consider the explanation of petitioner and pass orders and if circumstances warrant, consider referring the matter to the Special Court for adjudication.

(c ) Till a decision on final assessment is taken and communicated, the power supply shall not be disconnected.

(d ) The above exercise is directed to be completed within 12 weeks from today.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
