ORDER

This petition is filed under Section 407 Cr.P.C., seeking to transfer C.C.No.845 of 2016 on the file of the XXI Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally at Prashanth Nagar, to any other Court in Hyderabad District.

2. During the course of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner requested this Court to give a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the aforesaid case by fixing the time frame.

Acceding to the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner and since the CC is of the year 2016, it would be appropriate to direct the learned XXI Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally at Prashanth Nagar, to dispose of C.C.No.845 of 2016 in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, without giving unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties. 4.

With the aforesaid directions, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
