This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the following relief:

"To issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 4th respondent in conducting the 2 separate panchanamas on 13-122016 in petitioner's two rice mills i.e. M/s. Sri Annapurna Paddy Millers Pvt. Ltd., # 4-34, and M/s. Sarni Trading Company, Situated at # 4-35, S.N. Puran, Varni, Nizamabad District respectively and seizing the entire CMR paddy 26,834 bags (each bag 40 kgs) and CMR rice 470 quintals and my private/own paddy 6574 bags (each bag 70 Kg.), BPT paddy 2330 bags (each bag 70 Kg.), BPT rice 2259 bags (each bag 25 Kg.) as illegal, arbitrary and in violation of principles of Natural Justice and set-aside both the Panchanamas dated 13-12-2016 conducted by 4th respondent, consequently direct the 2nd respondent to permit the petitioner to do his milling business as it is by releasing the above seized entire stocks of paddy and rice to deliver the CMR rice extent to the 3rd respondent."

When the mater is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for reddressal of the grievance petitioner herein made a representation dated 21.12.2016 to the District Collector, Nizamabad, Nizamabad District and no action has been taken so far. On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that the representation filed by the petitioner would be considered in accordance with law. 3.

In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits and demerits of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the second respondent/District Collector, Nizamabad District, Nizamabad, to take appropriate action on the representation dated 21.12.2016 said to have been filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
