THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.632 of 2018 When the matter is taken up, written instructions, dated 04.01.2018, furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Abdullapurmet Police Station, are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader. The said written instructions read as under:

"It is respectfully submitted that as per the records, the facts of the case are as follows:- As of now, no complaint whatsoever was received either from the petitioner or from his brother/3rd respondent herein regarding the subject lands in question.

Having bore grudge against his own brother/3rd respondent, the petitioner made false and baseless allegations against this respondent police and filed the present writ petition.

I humbly submit that the allegation of the petitioner at the instance of the 3rd respondent who is his brother, this respondent is interfering with civil disputes and prevented the petitioner from entering into the subject lands in question is absolutely false and hence denied. No complaint dt.21.9.2017 alleged to have been submitted to the Deputy Commissioner of Police, LB Nagar Circle, Hyderabad marking a copy of the same to this respondent police station was received till date and hence no action was taken on it.

I humbly submit that to wreck vengeance against his own brother/3rd respondent and to prevent the police from taking any action in the event of lodging of any complaint by his brother against him, the petitioner filed the present writ petition with false and frivolous allegations.

I humbly submit that this respondent police never interfered with the civil disputes muchless the dispute of the petitioner herein.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, the writ petition is liable to be dismissed".

A request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to place the said written instructions on record and dispose of the Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, by placing on record the above written instructions.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ________________ A.V.SESHA SAI 24th January, 2018.
