Being aggrieved by the action of the 4th respondent in not investigating into Crime No.293 of 2019, dated 10.07.2019, registered on the file of the Alwal Police Station, for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 IPC, the present writ petition is filed. 2.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, dated 07.01.2020, a copy of which is placed on record of this Court, submits that upon registration of the crime, witnesses were examined, recorded their statements and collected relevant documents from the complainant by the 3rd respondent, and the investigation into the matter has been completed, except arrest of the accused persons. Learned AGP further submits that after arresting the accused persons, final report will be filed before the concerned Court. 4.
Recording the said submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, this Court is of the view that no further orders need be passed in the present writ petition, except directing the authorities to take action as expeditiously as possible.
