It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the lis in this writ petition is squarely covered by the orders of this Court in W.P.No.22160 of 2011, dated 24.11.2011 and said submission is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. Heard Sri V.V.Satish, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. For the reasons alike in the order in W.P.No.22160 of 2011, dated 24.11.2011, this writ petition is allowed and the Cancellation Deed No.4214 of 2014 dated 30.12.2014 made by the 2nd respondent is set aside. However, this order will not preclude the 3rd respondent from availing alternate remedies available to her under law. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stands closed.
Let a copy of the order in W.P.No.22160 of 2011, dated 24.11.2011 be annexed with this order.
