This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/respondent Nos.1 and 2 in E.A.S.R.No.802 of 2007 in E.P.No.30 of 2005 on the file of the Chief Judge, City Civil Courts, Hyderabad.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the trial Court dismissed E.P.No.30 of 2005 long back.

In view of dismissal of E.P.No.30 of 2005, the cause in this criminal petition does not survive for adjudication. Hence, the Criminal Petition is closed.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
