Petitioner, who was working as driver in the respondent - Corporation, was made to retire from service on medical grounds. For payment of retiral and other benefits, he made representation dated 15.06.2006 to the 2nd respondent. As no action has been taken, the present writ petition came to be filed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri B.Mayur Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent - Corporation. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of the learned counsel, writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the representation dated 15.06.2006 stated to have been made by the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
