HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.297 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard Sri S.Madan Mohan Rao for petitioner and the Assistant Government Pleader for Tribal Welfare.

The petitioner filed revision before the 1st respondent aggrieved by the order in C.M.A.No.56 of 2015, dated 31.08.2017. The grievance of petitioner is that the application filed for stay is not considered or any order is passed.

Hence, the writ petition is disposed of by this order. (a) The 1st respondent considers and disposes of the revision filed by petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

(b) Till the decision is taken and communicated, the parties are directed to maintain status-quo as on date.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
