HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.398 of 2020 ORDER:

The petitioner claims to be owner and in possession of land admeasuring Ac.01-18 guntas in survey No.331/E1/2 situated at Kondakal Village, Shankarpally Mandal, Chevella Division, Ranga Reddy District, having inherited from his father after his death. The petitioner claims that he has applied for conducting of survey of his land in September 2019, but so far survey exercise is not undertaken. The application was filed by the petitioner through Fline mode and receipt issued by TSTS limited. A copy of the application in F-line mode for conducting survey is filed as Ex.P1. In view thereof, without expressing any opinion on merits, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to consider the application of the petitioner for conducting of survey and take appropriate decision as warranted by law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
