THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT WRIT PETITION No.24353 OF 2016 ORDER:

Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeking direction thereby directing the official respondents to stop the construction work in and over the land admeasuring 50 square yards out of house premises bearing No.6-474/2 (New), Western side, out of the total land admeasuring 160 square yards situated at Dwarakanagar, Chinthal, Qutubullapur, Ranga Reddy District, made by respondents 4 to 10.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that for the aforesaid relief, the petitioner made a representation on 02.06.2016 to respondent Nos.2 and 3, but till date there is no response from them.

3. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 3 has given undertaking that the representation, dated 02.06.2016, submitted by the petitioner shall be decided within four (04) weeks.

4. Keeping in view the statement made by learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3, I hereby direct respondent Nos.2 and 3 to consider representation, dated 02.06.2016, made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders thereon within four (04) weeks from today and the decision taken shall be communicated to the petitioner within one week thereafter. If the petitioner is still aggrieved by the action or inaction of respondent Nos.2 and 3, he may approach appropriate Forum.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
