THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI CONTEMPT CASE No.199 OF 2019 O R D E R :

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondents informed the Court that pursuant to the order dated 10.09.2018 passed by this Court in W.P.No.24698 of 2005, the case of the petitioner was considered and rejected vide proceedings dated 19.11.2019.

In view of the above said submission, the Contempt Case is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the rejection orders dt.19.11.2019, if he so aggrieved. There shall be no order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
