THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.23159 of 2014 ORDER :
When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Standing counsel submits that since the lease period expires in September, 2015, therefore, fresh auction notification is issued and the new lease commences only after the lease period of petitioner. Hence, the cause in the writ petition does not survive. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous, leaving it open to the petitioner to agitate his grievance regarding next lease in W.P.No.24249 of 2015 which is filed challenging the fresh auction notification dated 18.07.2015. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed. __________________ P.NAVEEN RAO,J 05th August, 2015.
