Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Pleaders for Panchayat Raj and Home appearing for respondents.
Perused G.O.Ms.No.42, dated 29.03.2016 relied upon by the learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj, pursuant to the averments, prayer of the writ petition and in view of the said G.O., there is nothing to entertain this writ petition.
Hence, this writ petition is disposed of, giving liberty to the petitioner to make representation within three days from the date of receipt of copy of this order and the authorities concerned shall decide the same within one week from the date of representation and any further grievance is left open subsequently according to law.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
