This writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondents in taking steps to arrest the petitioner, having already attached the properties of the Baptish Christian Hospital/4th respondent herein, is illegal, arbitrary and without jurisdiction.

Advocate for petitioner submitted that in view of interim order dated 4-7-2003, no further orders are necessary and the writ petition can be closed.

Considering the submission of advocate for petitioner, this writ petition is closed in terms of interim order dated 4-7-2003. As a sequel to the disposal of this writ petition, the Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending, shall stand dismissed.
