Mr. Ch. Venkat Raman, learned counsel for the petitioner, addressed a letter dated 21.06.2019 to the Registry stating that the writ petition has become infructuous and hence, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
