This petition is filed by the petitioner - accused No.1 under Section 438 of Criminal Procedure Code seeking to grant anticipatory bail in Crime No.1083 of 2015 on the file of Banjara Hills Police Station, Hyderabad, for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 IPC.

Heard and perused the material available on record. The earlier bail application, filed by the petitioner, was dismissed by this Court on 05.11.2015. There is absolutely no change of circumstances to consider the present bail application. Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
