ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 4BZ of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for shott 'Cr.P.C.') by the petitioner/Accused No.5 seeking to quash the proceedings against them in FIR No.349 of 2019 dated 11-12-2019 on the file of Cyber Crime Police, Rachakonda Police Commissionarate, registered for the offences punishable under Sectioqs 419, 420, 417 of Indian Penal Code and 65, 66(D) and 72 of I.T. Act.
2. On instructions learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after completion of investigation in the subject crime, the police filed charge sheet before the Court concerned and C.C.No.149 of 2023 was assigned. Hence, the prayer sought for in the present petition has become infructuous.
3. Recording the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the ptitioner-Accused No.5 is at liberty to move this Court seeking quashment of the proceedings of the charge sheet.
