Sri S.Sridhar, learned counsel for the petitioners, requests the Court to permit him to withdraw the writ petition without prejudice to availing benefit of declaratory decree in O.S.No.464 of 2012 or, if need be, to pursue appropriate remedy.

By granting the liberty as prayed for, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
