THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.23550 OF 2014 ORDER:

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The prayer sought for in the writ petition is as under: "to issue a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondent No.3 in not taking any action by registering a crime on the complaint dated 23.07.2014 in spite of the repeated requests of the petitioner, as illegal, arbitrary, unjust and consequently, direct the respondent No.3 to take action forthwith upon the complaint dated 23.07.2014 in accordance with law."

The respondent No.3 herein filed a counter affidavit, which reveals that the complaint given by the petitioner has been entered in the General Diary. During the course of enquiry, it is revealed that there are civil disputes between the petitioner and his landlord regarding handing over of certain portions of the building. Since the matter is civil in nature, the petitioner was informed to approach the concerned Court seeking appropriate remedy. In view of the above, no orders are required in the writ petition and the same is accordingly, dismissed. No costs.
