HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.9136 OF 2016 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that he filed ROR Appeal No.3311 of 2011 on the file of the 3rd respondent-The Revenue Divisional Officer, Bhongir, Nalgonda district, under Section 5(5) of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 on 26.11.2011 against the proceedings No.74 and 75, issued by the 4th respondent. Though the matter was reserved on 22.09.2014 by the 3rd respondent, the same is not disposed of, till today. Aggrieved by the same, present writ petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue on instructions submits that the appeal will be disposed of as early as possible.

In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
