This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C by the petitioner/ A5, seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.399 of 2017 on the file of the XXIII Special Magistrate Court, Hyderabad. The letter of the learned Magistrate discloses that pursuant to the Apex Court's judgment in Criminal Appeal No.1375 and 1376 of 2013 and batch, dated 28.03.2018, the complainant filed a petition in Crl.MP.No.5080 of 2018 under Section 257 Cr.P.C. to permit him to withdraw his case and the same was allowed on 15.11.2018 acquitting all the accused.
