The present writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents 1 & 2 in not considering and taking any action on the complaint dated 30.12.2019 made by the petitioner and in not registering FIR, as being illegal, arbitrary and discriminative.
Heard Ms. B. Manjulatha Vedavally, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for the official respondents 1 & 2. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions dated 20.01.2020, which is placed on the record of this Court, would submit that the petitioner gave a complaint to the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Tandur on 30.12.2019 and the same was forwarded to the 1st respondent-Station House Officer, Yalal Police Station, Tandur Rural, through proper channel to cause enquiry. It is further submitted that on receipt of the above petition, a GD entry was made and enquiry was done. During the enquiry, it disclosed that the matter is civil in nature, as such sent a notice to the petitioner, through registered post on 08.01.2020, vide postal receipt No.RN182945767IN and advised to approach the concerned Court.
Having regard to the fact that a notice is issued to the petitioner as to the action taken on the basis of the complaint made by the petitioner, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition, except observing that it is open for the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum to avail remedies in accordance with the law, if the petitioner is aggrieved by such notice.
Subject to the above observation, the writ petition is closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Applications, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. ___________________ T. VINOD KUMAR, J Date: 27.01.2020 Isn
