HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.5346 of 2005 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner-Company has been wound-up in pursuance to the orders passed in Company Petition No.160 of 2005, dated 19.11.2012, and in view of the above development during the pendency of this writ petition, the 2nd respondent can pursue her remedies before the Official Liquidator appointed by the Hon'ble Karnataka High Court for liquidation purpose. In view of said facts, counsel for petitioner submits that the writ petition can be closed. In view of the above said submissions, the writ petition is closed giving liberty to the 2nd respondent to pursue her remedies before the Official Liquidator appointed by the Hon'ble Karnataka High Court in Company Petition No.160 of 2005, dated 19.11.2012. No order as to costs.
