Heard counsel for the petitioner, the Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj appearing for respondents 1 and 2, the Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for 3rd respondent and Smt R.Padma Rekha, Standing Counsel for 4th respondent.

Petitioner had filed this Writ Petition challenging the action of the 4th respondent in posting the 5th respondent as Assistant Programme Officer at Parkal Mandal of Warangal District contrary to the instructions of the 2nd respondent and seeks a direction to the 4th respondent to post the petitioner as Programme Officer at Parkal of Warangal District. Petitioner contends that he had given a representation on 24.10.2016 to the 2nd respondent highlighting his grievance, but the 2nd respondent has not passed any orders thereon. 3.

The Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj appearing for 2nd respondent states that the 2nd respondent will consider the petitioner's representation within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. 4.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the

petitioner's representation within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
